Easy, reliable, transparent!Is there a problem with your Einhell product or Power X-Change battery that you registered for our warranty extension? To activate the warranty, please contact the retailer where you purchased our product.
How it works - your tasks
- Check whether your Einhell product is still covered by warranty. To do this, log in to your Einhell account to download the appropriate certificate for your Einhell device or Power X-Change battery under the warranty extension menu item. Alternatively, you can find the warranty certificate in the confirmation email we sent you during the warranty extension. The certificate shows the maximum warranty period.
- Print out the warranty certificate and provide information about the repair process. Finally, it is best to make a copy of the completed warranty certificate for your records.
- Take the device to the store where you purchased it, along with the invoice and warranty extension certificate.
Further processing - our performance
Once your equipment arrives, a technical inspection will determine whether your device or battery will be repaired or replaced with an equivalent product.
Our team will process your claim as quickly as possible so that you can soon get back to work with your Einhell product.
