The tool is powered by an Einhell Brushless motor. This Brushless motor offers more power and a longer running time than conventional carbon-brush motors. Following online registration, a 10-year warranty applies to the Brushless motor. Equipped with a high-quality guide bar and a compatible chain, the FORTEXXA 18/30 is suitable for sawing work on branches, twigs, square timber and firewood. The tool-free chain tensioning and easy chain replacement ensure comfortable handling. The cordless chainsaw features kickback protection with an instant chain brake and a chain catcher. Automatic chain lubrication via the large oil filling hole makes maintenance easier. The claw stop has a metal construction. The ergonomically shaped handle with soft grip surfaces ensures controlled handling. The chain speed can be adjusted depending on the application: at full power it is 8.9 m/s, and 6 m/s in reduced-power mode. This mode can help to reduce energy consumption. The product is supplied with a 4.0 Ah PXC battery and a charger.

Depending on the application and application of the cordless chainsaw FORTEXXA 18/30, the chain speed can be easily adjusted. At full power, the chain runs at a speed of 8.9 m/s. Switching to ECO mode, the chain speed is reduced to 6 m/s since less power is delivered from the battery. Depending on the application, this may also extend battery life compared to standard mode.
